Melt butter with maple syrup over low heat. Remove from heat add vanilla
Combine oats, almonds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds in a large bowl.
In a small bowl mix cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, salt and orange zest , stir to combine, mix with oat mixture.
Add the melted maple butter Mixture a little at a time and stir until everything is evenly coated.
Pour granola mixture onto a parchment lined sheet pan and place in oven. Cook, uncovered, for 30 minutes, stirring once after 15 minutes, until toasty light brown color.
Remove from oven and cool to room temperature.
Combine the dried fruit And granola together in a bowl mixing gently. Store in airtight container for up to three weeks.
